It was a real sensation He found out that he had made one of the tastiest drinks he had ever tried in his life. New tea was mellow and aromatic, unlike anything he had tasted before. Then he began to make this tea for his neighbors, they really liked it and all of them wanted to know the secret of its preparing, and Wu Liang shared it with pleasure. Through Chinese Whispers it eventually came to be known as Wu-Long cha, or Black Dragon tea. So it is a small story about this charming drink. May be it goes since that time, but nowadays it's considered to be and described as "flowery", "smooth", "spicy", "sweet and creamy", "subtle orchid tastes", "full tasting with a mellow aftertaste"... And all these names depend only on the firing process. So, you'll have different kinds if you will dry it for different period of time. It's rather simple. Wu-Long is grown in China, specifically, in the southern regions of China like Taiwan, Guangdong and Fujian. One of the most famous tea regions in Fujina is Anxi.
